ESL (English as a Second Language) Web Tools is a creation of I.E. Sersea, M.A., English as a Second Language teacher, instructor, and founder of Teach Me Help Me Educational Services.

I.E.Sersea, M.A., M.A.T.,currently a successful and highly awarded secondary public school and community college instructor, was an ESL student in the 1980s, when he emigrated to the United States of America from Romania, where he spoke fluent Romanian and French.   His positive experiences as an ESL student have inspired him to continue his education after high school.  He has successfully earned a Bachelors of Arts in English Literature, a Masters of Arts in Teaching and Learning, and a Masters of Arts in English (pending thesis completion).  He currently resides in Southern California, USA together with his wife and son.
